5. Breathe, Breathe, And Breathe. Take 1 or 2 slow and deep breathes in and out.
By keeping in shape means moving your body, you will get your blood flowing. You may clear your thoughts and get more done. Take five once in the morning and once in the afternoon. It is your choice. Choose to get even more productive.
